Shipment

How long are the delivery times?

Your order will usually arrive within 2-5 business days .

In exceptional cases of particularly high demand for certain items, the delivery time may be extended to up to 10 working days .


In such cases, we ask for your patience – we will do everything we can to get your order on the way as quickly as possible.

Are shipping costs charged?

Yes, shipping costs usually apply.

The exact amount will be displayed during checkout once you have entered your delivery address.

Shipping costs depend on the destination and size of your order.

Do you ship your products worldwide?

We currently ship to Germany , the EU and Switzerland .

For deliveries to other countries, please feel free to contact us – we will check individually whether shipping is possible.

Please note that additional customs duties or fees may apply for deliveries outside the EU.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

There you will also find your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Are there any costs for returns?

Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs .

We ask for your understanding – as a small company, we rely on fair prices and sustainable processes.

Please note that we cannot accept shipments without postage paid.

How long can I return the products?

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return items to us.

The prerequisite is that the products are in their original, unused and undamaged condition .

Some of our decorative items are handmade and made to order specifically for you .

These personalized products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged as they are made specifically for you.

We attach great importance to quality and attention to detail so that you receive a unique product.

How long does it take to process a return?

Processing your return usually takes 2 to 3 weeks after we receive it.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been inspected and refunded.

We ask for your patience – thank you for your understanding!


In the case of refunds, the credit will automatically be applied to the originally selected payment method.

I would like to return my order. How do I proceed?

If you don't like one or more items, you can return them to us within 14 days of purchase . Please note the following return conditions:

  • The item and the original packaging are undamaged.

  • The item is unused and clean.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

Please contact us before returning the item using our contact form or by email to kontakt@formundflamme.de so that we can provide you with the return address and further information.

If the item arrives damaged or dirty, we reserve the right to claim appropriate compensation.

Bank transfer: If you pay by bank transfer, you will receive our bank details via email after completing your order. Please transfer the invoice amount within 7 days. Your order will be shipped after receipt of payment.
